Bride of Frankenstein Remake a Go
The 1935 film, Bride of Frankenstein is widely considered a classic. Starring Boris Karloff as the monster and Elsa Lanchester as the titular bride, the film was a sequel to the 1931 film “Frankenstein”. Now, Neil Burger (The Illusionist) is set to direct the re-make, and co-write the script along with Dirk Wittenborn (The Illusionist). 
The film is just one in a line of remakes by Universal that includes “Creature from the Black Lagoon”, and “The Wolf Man” which stars Benicio Del Toro.
